Marge
Marge is a 2.5-year-old
iguana girl who is pretty as can be and on the prowl for her forever
home. Marge came to Luna’s
House from a local shelter after her previous caretaker broke her tail
when he yanked her out from beneath his shirt. It seems her former person
did not realize that Marge just wanted to keep warm and be close to
him. That isn’t the only thing that went unnoticed…when
Marge first came to us (underweight and with very stunted growth), her
given name was Homer! Luckily our vet straightened things out and “Homer” became “Marge!” After
several weeks of TLC and pampering in her foster home, Marge is more
than ready to give love another try?

Monica

Meyers
Meyers is a hands-down cutie pie. His vibrant, lemony-yellow color and tiny facial features are irresistible, but when he fluffs and preens, it has to be one of the silliest, most adorable displays you’ll ever see. Meyers is very hand tame—he was brought into a shelter after he landed on the arm of a construction worker at a building site! The surprised worker was amazed that the tiny canary not only perched directly on his arm, but continued to stay right there with him until Animal Control arrived to take care of him. Although we cannot know Meyers’ age for sure, he is estimated to be two years old. Sylvester and Stallone
Sylvester and Stallone are a husband-and-wife pair of parakeets looking for a place to call their own. Sylvester is a dapper green, while Bridgitte is a vivid, pretty blue. These birds are estimated to be about 1.5 years old and were surrendered to an area shelter when their previous caretaker decided there were too many pets in the home. Though this parakeet duo is saddened by their misfortune, you could cheer them up by simply by giving them the attention and care they deserve. Olive is an adult dove, estimated to be about 2.5 years of age, and is not only beautiful to behold, but is wonderfully hand-tame.
